2001-2 In Re: Commissioners’ Motion Docket

The efficient performance of the court's functions and the proper administration of justice require that the procedures by which the court's commissioners handle motions as adopted in this court's General Order 91-1 be modified as follows:

ORDERED effective August 1, 2001.

1. Motions for Discretionary Review will be considered without oral argument unless the court, in its sole discretion, directs otherwise.

4. Provisions of the rules of appellate procedure in conflict with the above modification are waived. RAP 1.2(c).

5. All other provisions of General Order 91-1 and 98-1 remain in effect.
