2003-3 Time Allotted For Argument

GENERAL ORDER 2003-3
TIME ALLOTTED FOR ARGUMENT

Rules of Appellate Procedure 11.4(a) and 17.5(d) provide that each division of the Court of Appeals defines the amount of time each side is allowed for oral argument.

IT IS ORDERED:

Each side in an oral argument before a judicial panel is allotted a maximum of twenty (20) minutes, or as otherwise ordered by the Chief or Presiding Judge.

Each side in an oral argument before a commissioner is allotted ten (10) minutes per side.
