GENERAL COURT ORDER
|
Pursuant to the legislative policy of confidentiality of juvenile dependency and parental termination proceedings as expressed in chapter 13.34 RCW and the increased availability of juvenile dependency and parental termination proceedings on electronic sources, it is hereby
ORDERED that the Clerk of Court shall recaption all appeals from dependency and parental termination proceedings by using the juveniles’ initials in place of their names; that in all opinions, orders, and rulings, this Court shall use initials or pseudonyms in place of the juveniles’ names and in place of the juveniles’ parents’ names; and that in all pleadings, motions, and briefs filed with this Court, all parties shall use initials or pseudonyms in place of the juveniles’ names and in place of the juveniles’ parents’ names.
