DUI: A Special Note
Statistics regarding Driving Under the Influence are contained in two sets of tables. For information regarding individual courts, see the caseload tables entitled, "DUI/Physical Control Misdemeanors." These display high-level, court-by-court information on the number of filings, charges, proceedings and dispositions of these cases.
Total statewide figures are available in this section ("Driving Under the Influence" tables). These provide
more detail regarding dispositions and sentencing, but are summarized for JIS courts as a whole. Seattle Municipal Court data are not included. A similar report can be obtained for any individual court by contacting that court's administrator directly.
