Pursuant to Chapter 283, Laws of 2011 (E2SHB 1267, effective July 22, 2011), the word "paternity" is replaced by "parentage" in table title and column headings.
(4) The Extended Foster Care (EFC) cause of action was added pursuant to Chapter 332, Laws 2013, effective 7/28/2013. The Vulnerable Youth Guardianship (VYG) was added pursuant to Chapter 279, Laws of 2017, effective 7/23/2017.
