Expectations/Considerations:
- Workgroups will develop a plan of attack aimed at issues they can complete by October. Longer term issues may then go to BJA long range planning
- During the study period, workgroups will present status reports to Project 2001 including any decisions or conclusions reached.
- A web page will be created to post minutes and reports of the Workgroup for broad dissemination of information about the Project's work.
