Committee Reports

Application/Certification Committee - Ray Dingfield reported that the company he had been working with on the task analysis is not interested in performing the task analysis given the strict guidelines being imposed by the Board and state contract requirements. The Applications Committee will meet December 13th to discuss options and report to the Board during the January meeting.

Budget Committee - Nothing new to report.

Education Committee - Mike Longyear reported that the Education Committee is developing a model curriculum to insure that speakers consistently cover relevant material during the initial mandatory trainings.  The next initial mandatory training is scheduled for March 29 & 30, 2007.  Board members should contact Mike or Hank to let them know of Board member availability to present, as needed, at the training.  The Board briefly discussed the concept of conducting only one training instead of two per year, but decided to consider this matter at another time.
