Call to Order
Judge Prochnau, Vice-Chair of the Board, called the meeting to order at 8:00 a.m. and asked all those participating in the conference call meeting to introduce themselves. Board Business
Judge Prochnau asked Ted Miller, Assistant Attorney General, to present the disciplinary settlement agreement in the Matter of Marsha Caldwell, CPG No. 9594, PGB No. 2007-007(B).
Ted Miller presented the disciplinary settlement agreement and stated that the guardian had agreed to permanent decertification.
The Board members were asked if they wished to go into Executive Session to discuss any aspect of the disciplinary settlement agreement. All responded they were ready to vote and would not need to discuss any aspects of this disciplinary settlement agreement.
Sharon York made a motion to approve the disciplinary settlement agreement. Gary Beagle seconded the motion.
The vote was taken and the motion was approved as presented. Judge Prochnau, Robin Balsam and Winsor Schmidt abstained.
The meeting was adjourned at approximately 8:15 a.m.
