ADA, Access and Accommodation Program

"Access to justice for all persons is a fundamental right. It is the policy of the courts of this state  to assure that persons with disabilities have equal and meaningful access to the judicial system." Access to Justice (ATJ) Impediment Committee

The Court ADA, Access and Accommodation website is designed to answer questions regarding: The ADA, accommodations, assistive technology, Washington State   Law, Disability Access, and other questions relating to disability issues. There will be a section dedicated to Assistive Technology, along with Question and Answers powered by eService Center.

ADA Toolkit Best Practices. The Tool Kit is designed to be a resource to Washington Courts to show ADA Coordinators, Administrators and Judges how to identify and fix problems that prevent people with disabilities from gaining equal access to Court programs, services, and activities.
