The following proposed rules have been moved to an archived status.

The November 22, 2011 En Banc Conference ordered proposed amendments to CrR 4.6, and proposed revised standards for indigent defense services, which will be published for comments on December 27, 2011.

The November 2, 2011 En Banc Conference ordered proposed amendments to GR 26, RPC 1.15A, APR 15 Rule 5, APR 15 Rule 11, CrR 3.1, ER 501, and proposed new rule GR 12.4 to be published for comments on December 13, 2011 with a comment expiration date of April 30, 2011. Additionally the November 2, 2011 En Banc Conference ordered proposed amendments to RAP 18.13A and proposed new form RAP 15D which will be published for comments on December 13, 2011 and which will have a comment expiration date of February 10, 2012.

The July 13, 2011 En Banc Conference ordered the Standards for Indigent Defense Services published for comments on August 9, 2011 with a comment period that expires on October 31, 2011.

The February 3, 2011 En Banc Conference ordered proposed amendments to RPC 5.5 and RAP 18.13A to be published for comments on February 22, 2011. These rules will have a comment period that expires on April 30, 2011.

The December 1, 2010 En Banc Conference ordered proposed amendments to CrRLJ 6.13, CrR 4.11, MAR 3.2, MAR 6.2, MAR 6.3, MAR 6.4, MAR 7.1, RPC 1.2, RPC 1.6, RPC 1.10, RPC 1.15A, RPC 1.8(g), RPC 3.4, and RPC 3.8. These rules will be published for comments and will have a comment period that expires on April 30, 2011.  Additionally, proposed amendments to GR 30 have a comment period that expires on February 25, 2011.
 

The July 8, 2010 En Banc Conference ordered proposed amendments to GR 33 to be published for comments on August 10, 2010. This rule will have a comment period that expires on November 8, 2010.

On February 26, 2010 the Supreme Court ordered the proposed new rule GR 35 to be published for comments on March 9, 2010.  This rule will have a comment period that expires on August 31, 2010.

The February 11, 2010 En Banc Conference ordered proposed amendments to CR 43 to be published for comments on March 9, 2010.  This rule will have a comment period that expires on April 30, 2010.

The January 8, 2010 En Banc Conference ordered proposed amendments to CrR3.1(d), CrRLJ3.1(d), and JuCR9.2(d) to be published for comments on February 9, 2010.  These rules will have a comment period that expires on April 9, 2010.

The December 3, 2009 En Banc Conference ordered proposed amendments to RAP 2.2, RAP 5.2, RAP 5.3, RAP 6.2, RAP 9.2, RAP 9.6, RAP 9.7, RAP 11.3, RAP 12.5, RAP 13.4, RAP 15.2, RAP 15.5, RAP 18.1, RAP Forms 3, 4, 9, 12A, and 13, ER 1101, CrRLJ 4.1, IRLJ 2.1, IRLJ 3.1, and GR23.  Additionally, the Court ordered new Court Rule ER 502, and new Court Rule FLCR.  These rules will be published for comments and will have a comment period that expires on April 30, 2010.
 

The November 5, 2009 En Banc Conference ordered proposed amendments to all CJC, ELC 1.2, IRLJ 3.1, RAP 10.3, RAP 10.4, RAP 12.4, RAP 12.7, RAP 12.9, RAP 14.3, RAP 15.1, RAP 16.20, RAP 16.7, RAP 17.4, RAP 17.5, RAP 18.1, RAP 18.14, RAP 18.6, RAP 2.4, RAP 4.2, RAP 4.3, RAP 4.4, RAP 9.5 through RAP 9.8, RAP Form 15A,RAP Form 19, and RPC 8.5. These rules will be published for comments and will have a comment period that expires on April 30, 2010.  Additionally, a proposed amendment to CrRLJ 3.2 has a comment period that expires on January 29, 2010.

The July 8, 2009 En Banc Conference ordered proposed amendments to ELC 2.7.   The rule will have a comment period that expires on October 9, 2009.

The April 2, 2009 En Banc Conference ordered proposed amendments to APR 15, APR 15 Procedural Rules, RPC 1.15A, ELC 15.4, ELC Title 15, ELPOC 15.4 and new rule ELC 15.7. These rules will be published for comments on May 5, 2009 and will have a comment period that expires on July 4, 2009.

The December 4, 2008 En Banc Conference ordered proposed amendments to APR 8, CR 26, CR 45, CrR 3.1, CrR 4.8, CRLJ 45, CrRLJ 3.1, CrRLJ 7.3, GR 18, JuCR 9.2, MAR 4.2, and RAP 13.4, and to new rule APR 28 and APR 28 Regulations. These rules will be published for comments on January 13, 2009 and will have a comment period that expires on April 30, 2009.

The October 2, 2008 En Banc Conference ordered a proposed amendment to GR 29. This rule will be published for Comments on October 21, 2008 and will have a 60 day comment period that expires on December 19, 2008.

The April 3, 2008 En Banc Conference ordered proposed amendments to GR 22, RAP 13.5A, and RAP 18.13, and to new rule RAP 18.13A. These rules will be Published for Comments on May 6, 2008 and will have a comment period that expires on July 7, 2008.

The December 2007 En Banc Conference ordered proposed amendments to APR 11 Continuing Legal Education and APR 11 Regulations 101 through 112. These rules will be Published for Comments in  January 2008 and will have a comment period that expires on April 30, 2008.

The November 1, 2007 En Banc Conference ordered proposed amendments to state court rules. Rule changes will be Published for Comments in January 2008 and will have a comment period that expires on April 30, 2008.

The June 7, 2007 En Banc Conference ordered proposed amendments to GR 26. Rule changes will be Published for Comments on July 3, 2007 and will have a comment period that expires on August 31, 2007.

The April 5, 2007 En Banc Conference ordered proposed amendments to CrRLJ 4.1, ER 1101, GR 30 and RPC 1.15, and new rule JuCR 11.3. These rules will be Published for Comments on April 24, 2007 and will have a comment period that expires on June 22, 2007.

The December 7, 2006 En Banc Conference ordered proposed amendments to RAP 9.5, 10.4, CR 10, 45, 53.4, 54, 78, CrR 4.4, 4.7, 4.8, 7.8, RALJ 7.3, CRLJ 10, CrRLJ 4.4, and new rules GR 14.1 and GR 33. These rules will be Published for Comments on  January 2, 2007  and will have a comment period that expires on April 30, 2007. 

The November 9, 2006 En Banc Conference ordered proposed amendments to APR 11.6. The rule will be Published for Comments on  November 21, 2006  and will have a comment period that expires on April 30, 2007.

The July 10, 2006 En Banc Conference ordered Proposed Amendments to GR 12.1 and CRLJ 56.  GR 12.1 will be
Published for Comments on August 29, 2006 and will have a comment period that expires on November 27, 2006.
CRLJ 56 will be Published for Comments in January 2007 and will have a comment period that expires on
April 30, 2007.

The March 9, 2004 En Banc Conference ordered Proposed Amendments to CrR 4.6 and CrRLJ 4.6, and new rules for CrR 4.11 and CrRLJ 4.11. The comment period begins April 11, 2006 and expires on July 9, 2006.

The June 2, 2004 En Banc Conference ordered Proposed Amendments to GR 11 and GR 11.2 to be published for comment in January 2006. These amendments are being made available now for informational purposes only. The comment period begins January 2006 and expires on April 28, 2006.

The October 6, 2005 En Banc Conference ordered Proposed Amendments to APR 1, 2, 3, 7, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, and 25 to be published for comment in January 2006. The comment period begins January 2006 and expires on April 28, 2006.

The December 1, 2005 En Banc Conference ordered Proposed Amendments to APR, CR, CRLJ, ER Comments, GR, MAR, RALJ, and RAP rules. These amendments have a comment period ending on April 28, 2006.

The Proposed Rules Published for Comment in December 2004 have a comment period which expires on April 29, 2005.
