RULE 14                                                
                    OPINIONS--WHEN FILED                                         
                                                                                 
    All opinions filed with a clerk of a division shall be signed, except        
per curiams. All opinions in any one case shall be filed at the same time,       
and the time of filing shall be determined by the Chief Judge. Original          
opinions shall not be taken from the clerk's office.
