RULE 18                                                
                       LAW LIBRARIAN                                             
                                                                                 
    The state law librarian shall counsel and advise in the selection of         
books, periodicals, and all other legal research materials for the use of        
the Court of Appeals. Acquisition of all such material shall be made             
through the State Law Library.
