                          RULE 8.6
          TERMINATION OF SUPERSEDEAS, INJUNCTIONS,
                      AND OTHER ORDERS

    The issuance of the mandate as provided in rule 12.5 terminates any
delay of enforcement of a trial court decision obtained pursuant to rule
8.1 and terminates orders entered pursuant to rule 8.3.
