RULE 77.04
                   ADMINISTRATION OF OATH

    The oaths or affirmations of all witnesses
    (1) Shall be administered by the judge;
    (2) Shall be administered to each witness on coming to the stand, not
to a group and in advance; and
    (3) The witness shall stand while the oath or affirmation is
pronounced.
