Rule 6.
                                   Jury fees


When a cause is assigned a date for jury trial and is settled or otherwise not
heard or any reason whatsoever, notice of that fact shall be given immediately
to the Court.  Terms may be sought against the responsible party should this
case be settled after the jury has been called.  Any such terms imposed by the
Court for payment shall be paid as directed by the Court.
