                             INSTRUCTIONS TO JURY


It is the responsibility of the parties to submit proposed jury instructions to
the Columbia County District Court and to opposing parties no later than the
time the case is called for trial or at a time ordered by the court.  If the
party demanding a jury trial fails to comply with this requirement, the right
to jury trial shall be deemed waived and jury panel dismissed unless all
opposing parties move to retain the jury and the court finds good cause therefore.
