                             DEFERRED INFRACTIONS


If a defendant is granted a deferral on an infraction pursuant to the provisions
of RCW 46.63.070, meeting the statutory qualifications, the Court shall charge
an administrative fee of $150.00, payable within 30 days of the entry of deferral.
