                         COPY OF RECORDING FOR PARTIES


Requests for duplicates of recorded tapes shall be in writing on a form
prescribed by the Court.  Duplicates of tapes and of the log for the record
shall be delivered only after payment of the actual costs, unless the party is
otherwise excused by statute or by the Constitution.
