LCRLJ 43. TAKING OF TESITMONY (e) Evidence on Motions. Motions shall be heard only on the pleadings, affidavits, published deposition, and other papers filed unless otherwise directed by the Court. Any counter-affidavit shall be served on the opposing party within five (5) days before the hearing or the moving party shall have the option of a postponement of the hearing. Affidavits strictly in reply to a counter-affidavit may be served and considered at the hearing.
