                    INFRACTION WITNESSES                                         
                                                                                 
    The District Court will not serve or forward subpoenas issued pursuant       
to IRLJ 3.1.  Pursuant to IRLJ 6.6, a request for a Speed Measuring Device       
Expert shall be made at the time of the request for a contested hearing to       
allow appropriate scheduling of the hearing. Failure to do so shall result       
in an IRLJ 6.6(c) continuance of the hearing to a subsequent hearing when        
an expert will be available. The defendant may in the alternative waive the      
presence of the expert at the hearing and accept the IRLJ 6.6 affidavit in       
lieu of testimony.
