              CANCELLATION OF CIVIL JURY TRIAL                                   
                                                                                 
    Whenever a case set for jury trial is settled or will not be tried, for      
any reason, the court shall be notified immediately. If notice of                
cancellation is not received at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled date,      
the court shall assess costs for the jury panel to the requesting party.
