Rule 1
                                Scope of Rules


(a) Operating and administrative policies and procedures of the Ritzville
District Court shall be in accordance with Local Court Rules adopted pursuant
to GR 7, et seq.

(b) In the absence of a rule governing a particular procedure, or policy, the
Presiding Judge shall resolve the issue pending the establishment of a new rule.
