Rule 5
                                 Cost of Jury


When a cause assigned a date for trial as a jury case is settled, or will not
be tried by a jury for any reason whatsoever, notice of that fact shall be
given immediately to the Court.  Terms may be sought against the responsible
party should this case be settled after the jury has been called.  Any such
terms imposed by the Court for payment shall be paid as directed by the Court.
