                                    Rule 54
                              Judgment and Costs

(a) Attorney fees. When any party claims the right to recover attorney fees by
contract, statute, or court rule, that fact shall be brought to the attention
of the Court immediately following its decision on the merits of the case, or
the delivery of the jury verdict. If the Court then determines that an award
of attorney fees may be appropriate, the Court may require the party requesting
attorney fees to provide the Court with an affidavit detailing the fees
incurred. The Court may either make an award of attorney fees and include it
in the judgment, or schedule the matter for further argument.

(d) Costs. Costs shall be fixed and allowed as provided in RCW 12.20.060 or by
any other applicable statute.
