Rule 8.2
                                   Motions


Notation for hearing.  Motions may be noted on the Court's docket by delivery
of a written Note for Motion Docket.  Counsel shall indicate on the document
whether the motion will require live testimony and the estimated time for
disposition.  Motions requiring ten minutes or less will be given preference on
the motion docket.
