Rule 2.4
                              Response to Notice


Any person who has been served with a notice of infraction and who desires to
use option (1) as provided in IRLJ 2.4(b)(1), may arrange time payments on the
monetary penalty according to the policy then in force when the infraction is
filed.  A fee shall be assessed at the time of establishing a time payment
agreement, as a non-refundable cost for usage of the service.  A minimum
payment of $25.00 is required each month.
