Rule 4.2
Failure to Pay for Traffic Infraction.
Defendants who owe penalties on traffic infractions must report to the
cashier/clerk immediately after leaving the courtroom to make payment arrangements.
Failure to do so may be considered a failure to pay.
The Court may assess the appropriate penalty for failure to pay or appear, and
may rescind any reduction in the penalty imposed. The court reserves the right
to assign the account to a third party agency for the collection of the
penalties, fines, and costs owed.
