LCrRLJ 3.1 AUTOMATIC WITHDRAWAL OF ATTORNEY APPOINTED AT PUBLIC EXPENSE. (e) Unless a Notice of Appeal has been filed, an attorney appointed at public expense shall be deemed automatically withdrawn from representation thirty days following a final decision of the court as defined in RALJ without need to file any document with the court. [Adopted effective September 1, 2003.]
