BAIL IN CRIMINAL AND TRAFFIC CASES
(v) Bail Schedule. Except as otherwise set forth herein, the court has
adopted the uniform bail schedule of the Administrative Office of the
Courts. No deviation from the bail schedule shall be permitted unless
specifically authorized by the court.
(w) Domestic Violence Offenses. Any person arrested for a domestic violence
offense shall be held in custody without bail pending a first appearance
before a judge.
(x) Receipt of bail. Clerks are authorized to receive bail posted with the
court in the form of cash, cashier's check, money order or credit card.
