                           LCrRLJ 4.2
            STATEMENT OF DEFENDANT ON PLEA OF GUILTY


(g)  A written statement of the defendant shall be filed in
     accordance with CrRLJ 4.1(g). Where a defendant is
     represented by counsel, it shall be the duty of the defense
     attorney to have a properly completed written statement of
     defendant on plea of guilty, at the time the case is called.
