JURY TRIAL TERM
(e) Cases required to be tried by a jury shall be so tried unless the
defendant files a written waiver of jury trial and has the consent of the
court. A defendant who has waived his or her right to a jury trial and
who subsequently wishes to request a jury trial, must file the request
with the court no later than the pre-trial hearing, or the right to jury
trial will be deemed irrevocably waived.
(f) The court will set two jury trial terms each month during the weeks of the
first and third Thursdays of that month.
