SCLARLJ 5.2 COMMISSIONERS AND JUDGES PRO TEMPORE (a) There shall be one full time Court Commissioner who shall serve at the pleasure of the judges and under the direction of the Presiding Judge. (b) The Commissioner shall be compensated at a rate of pay established in the Court’s annual budget. (c) Judges Pro Tempore shall be compensated in an amount that does not exceed the daily rate of compensation earned by the Commissioner. (d) From time to time, the Presiding Judge may appoint Pro Tempore Commissioners as authorized by County ordinance. Pro Tempore Commissioners shall be compensated at the same rate as Judges Pro Tempore [Effective September 1, 2003]
