       PRELIMINARY PROCEDEURES FOR CONTESTED HEARINGS


     Subpoenas in Municipal Cases.  In municipal cases where
a party has requested that a witness be subpoenaed, the
clerk may reschedule the hearing to the municipality’s next
available bench trial calendar.
