                  COMMENCEMENT OF ACTIONS.


     (a)  Under Municipal Ordinances.  Complaints for the
violation of a municipal ordinance should be heard in the
division in which the municipality exists.

     (b)  Under Other Laws.  All criminal and criminal
traffic actions should be filed in the division where the
violation is alleged to have occurred.
