     PROCEDURE ON FAILURE TO OBEY CITATION AND NOTICE TO
                           APPEAR


     (a)  Recall of Failure to Respond Arrest Warrants.  The
     Court Administrator or delegate shall have authority to
     recall Failure To Respond Arrest Warrants under the
     following provisions:

          (1)  The Failure To Respond Arrest Warrant was
          issued because the defendant failed to respond to
          the citation or a Summons and Complaint.

          (2)  The defendant personally appears at the
          counter to sign for a court date, or appears
          through counsel.
