FAILURE TO APPEAR
(b) Setting Aside Judgment Upon Failure to Appear -
Good Cause Petition
(1) A defendant may file a Good Cause Petition to
set aside a default judgment for Failure to Appear
at a requested hearing. Only one (1) Petition
shall be allowed on a Failure to Appear judgment.
A Mitigation hearing may be granted upon setting
aside the judgment. A Contested Hearing shall not
be allowed unless by special written Order of the
assigned Judge or Court Commissioner.
