                  MONETARY PENALTY SCHEDULE


     (e)  Penalty for Unscheduled Infractions and
     Infractions not covered by LIRLJ 6.2  A penalty
     schedule for persons charged with miscellaneous
     infractions not covered by Supreme Court rule shall be
     established by a majority vote of the Judges.  The
     schedule shall be revised from time to time in the
     interest of justice and available in the Clerk’s
     Office.  Copies shall be furnished to law (traffic)
     enforcement officer in Spokane County.
