                          LRALJ 4.3


     (b)  Criminal Case.  In order to stay a sentence, the
     party appealing the judgment must file with the Clerk
     of the Court a Stay Order signed by the assigned Judge,
     or in his or her absence, the Presiding Judge, setting
     forth the conditions of release.
