RULE NO. 12                                              
                        GARNISHMENTS                                             
                                                                                 
    Following the answer of a Writ of Garnishment by a garnishee, the            
judgment creditor may apply for an order to pay funds but may not be             
awarded an attorney fee greater than the statutory fee.
