RULE 4 BAR EXAMINATIONS; CERTIFICATION OF RESULTS (a) Bar Examination. The examination for admission to the bar shall be conducted by and under the direction of the Board of Governors with the assistance of the Board of Bar Examiners. The bar examination shall be held in February and in July of each year, or at such other times as the Board of Governors may designate, commencing at the times and in the locations selected by the Board of Governors. (b) Certification of Results; Notice. As soon as practicable after the completion of the bar examination, the Board of Bar Examiners shall certify to the Board of Governors the grades of all applicants who have taken the bar examination. The Board of Governors shall cause each applicant to be notified of the results of the bar examination. No information will be divulged concerning the applicants who failed the bar examination. (c) Repeating Bar Examination. Any applicant failing a bar examination may apply to take another bar examination.
