RULE 11.3 BOARD OF MANDATORY CONTINUING LEGAL EDUCATION There is hereby established a Board of Mandatory Continuing Legal Education (the MCLE Board) consisting of seven members. Six of the members of the MCLE Board must be active members of the Bar Association. The seventh member shall not be a member of the Bar Association. The Supreme Court shall designate a chairperson of the MCLE Board, who shall serve at the pleasure of the Court. The members of the MCLE Board shall be nominated by the Board of Governors of the Bar Association and appointed by the Supreme Court. Appointments shall be staggered for a 3-year term. No member may serve more than two consecutive terms. Terms shall end on September 30 of the applicable year. [Adopted effective January 1, 1977; amended effective May 2, 2000; January 1, 2009.]
