APR 25.6 ACTION ON SUPREME COURT'S DETERMINATION (a) Petition Approved. If the petition for reinstatement is approved by the Supreme Court, the reinstatement shall be subject to the Petitioner's taking and passing the bar examination, paying to the Bar Association its membership fee for the current year and paying the costs incidental to the reinstatement proceeding as directed by the Supreme Court. (b) Petition Denied. If the petition for reinstatement is denied, the bar examination fee shall be refunded to the Petitioner, but the Petitioner shall still be responsible for payment of the costs incidental to the reinstatement proceeding.
