ELC 6.4 NOTICE TO GRIEVANT As provided in rule 5.1(c)(7), disciplinary counsel must notify the grievant, if any, of the proposed decision to refer the respondent lawyer to diversion, and must give the grievant a reasonable opportunity to submit written comments. The grievant must be notified when the grievance is diverted and when the grievance is dismissed on completion of diversion. Such decisions to divert or dismiss are not appealable. [Adopted effective October 1, 2002.]
