ELC 12.3 APPEAL (a) Respondent’s Right to Appeal. The respondent lawyer has the right to appeal a Board decision recommending suspension or disbarment. There is no other right of appeal. (b) Notice of Appeal. To appeal, the respondent must file a notice of appeal with the Clerk within 15 days of service of the Board’s decision on the respondent. [Adopted effective October 1, 2002.]
