RULE 18 OATHS OF INTERPRETERS AND PROSECUTORS Any oaths or affirmations required for certified interpreters and city prosecutors, including the oath or affirmation to testify under penalty of perjury in support of an application for probable cause and the oaths required by RCW 2.42 or RCW 2.43, may be made in writing and shall endure in perpetuity, rather than on a case-by-case basis, unless revoked in writing. Certified interpreters and city prosecutors shall execute oaths or such affirmations made pursuant to this rule in writing with the original filed with the Court. Amended Effective September 1, 2008
