SUPPRESSION HEARINGS
A party moving to suppress evidence must file a written motion that sets
forth in detail the specific factual and legal grounds for the motion. The
court will not conduct a hearing for any motion for which the grounds are
not adequately set forth.
Motions for a Rule 3.7 hearing may not be included with any other
pleadings. The motion must be noted for hearing pursuant to CrRLJ 3.6.
