                                   JUDGMENT


Any fine, assessment or cost that is not in an even dollar amount shall be
amended to a higher amount which produces the next greatest even dollar
total.  Provided however, this provision shall not apply if the total
monetary penalty resulting from any increase shall exceed the maximum
possible fines, costs and assessments allowed by law.
