USE OF A COLLECTION AGENCY


  1.   Contract for Collections.  The court may use the
       services of a collection agency for the purpose of
       collecting unpaid and delinquent penalties on infractions,
       criminal fines, costs, assessments, and forfeitures, on the
       terms and conditions of the contract for collection services
       between the City of Centralia and said collection agency,
       and as may be subsequently amended.
