                                 COMMISSIONERS


    (A)  The Court may employ judicial officers as commissioners, who shall
serve at the pleasure of the Presiding Judge.

    (B)  Each must be appointed in accordance with RCW 35.20.205 and the
Enumclaw Municipal Code as judge pro tempore.

    (C)  Commissioners may hear infraction cases as provided by the infraction
rules for courts of limited jurisdiction and RCW 46.63, or any amendatory law
thereof.  Commissioners may also perform such other duties as may be assigned
by the Presiding Judge.
