RULE NO. 4 CONTINUANCES Continuances may be granted upon written stipulation. Per Rule CrRLJ 3.3 (f)(1), a written stipulation between the parties for a continuance must be signed by the defendant. In the absence of a Stipulation, a continuance may be granted on a showing of good cause; and in the absence of a showing of good cause, said motions must be in writing and noted for hearing on or before the last motion calendar prior to the confirmation or trial date.
